Carefully packed in Lyra gift packaging and shipped as a ready-to-gift item.
No additional wrapping is required.
Processing time

Handwritten message cards may require an additional 1–2 working days.

Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days within Hong Kong after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and packaging, we accept returns and exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue and your order number.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability) or provide an appropriate solution.
Customized / personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once design details are confirmed and production has started.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging where a return is approved.
